Information is power. Information saves money.
Overall I am very pleased with my purchase and am happy with the looks, the quality, the sound and the boost in performance. (5 Stars) BUT: When I placed my order, it disappeared for over a week. On the day it was scheduled to arrive here in Nova Scotia , I was told by Purolator (5 stars) that it had never been delivered to them for shipment. A week or so later, it was finally tracked down, shipped and delivered. The system arrived with no instructions, whatsoever. (2 stars) As the part with the mufflers was installed, with the car on the hoist, it made obvious contact with the driveshaft. ( 0 stars) Unacceptable. With the car on the ground, as the suspension compressed under the weight of the car the clearance became acceptable. Magnaflow should have been aware of this anomaly and provided a warning with proper written instructions and warnings etc. For that they get a kick in the ass. It could have cost me a lot of extra installation cost or a modification, that would have meant that this purchase would become unreturnable. Luckily, between the technician and myself, our two heads prevailed and the installation was completed, and now, all is well. Refer to my first statement. Car owner is now quite content. (6 stars)
