Fit well, slight mod for forward O2 sensor.
First time changing out a catalytic converter so had the usual learning curve. Once I had the old one out the reinstall went really well. I had to file the inner tube at the forward O2 sensor hole in order to insert the sensor. The exhaust/muffler pipe fit well enough with the flex gasket but it was not quite straight.
